The site just looks really old and messy, and it’s kind of hard to look at or use. The layout feels cluttered, and nothing seems very polished. I also don’t love getting those canned apology responses when people complain, I'd rather see the site actually improved than hear the same generic “sorry for the inconvenience” message.

I bought a racquet from HEAD and overall I’m happy with it. The tech does seem to make a difference, I noticed better control and less vibration when hitting. My only heads-up to others is that the specs on the site were a little confusing, so if you’re comparing models, take a minute to double-check the details or ask around before ordering. Still a solid buy for me.

I grabbed a tennis racket from head.com and the price was fair compared to some other shops I checked. The quality feels solid so far, so I’m happy about that. Shipping was okaaaay, just took a little longer than I was hoping, but nothing too crazy. Overall, I feel like I got a good deal for what I paid.

From what I remember, the warranty support was actually good. I had an issue, reached out to them, and they got it sorted without much hassle

I ordered this from head.com and the quality seems good overall, but the sizing wasn’t quite what I expected. I’m usually a medium, but this felt a bit tight, especially around the shoulders. Not a huge deal, just kinda annoying having to deal with returns lol. I’d prob size up next time.

I’m not totally sure if I just got a bad one, but the racket broke after about a week of use. I wasn’t doing anything unusual with it as far as I can tell, so I’m disappointed.

I ordered one specific racket and they sent me a completely different model. My brain immediately went, “wrong item = hassle,” and yep, that’s pretty much what happened. Support took forever to respond, and I had to explain the issue twice before anything moved along. Not worth the headache for me, so I won’t be ordering from here again.

I bought these from HEAD thinking they’d be decent, but they were not comfy at all for me. They felt stiff right from the first time I used them, and they never really seemed to break in. After a short while my feet and legs were already sore, which was super annoying. Maybe they work fine for other people, but yeah, I wouldn’t buy them again...

The stock was okay overall, but not amazing. A couple of things I was looking for weren’t available, so it was a bit hit or miss!
